The Wreath Fundraiser is underway. For those that are not familiar with the Wreath Fundraiser it is an easy way to raise money to apply to your Ice Assessment. Our fundraiser is through Mickmans. We will sell a variety of Wreaths, Centerpieces, Garland and Living Trees. The amount you earn depends on how much you sell. I will have the packets up at Cook Arena for your convenience.  I will also be at the Arena on August 26^th for registration.

For those that pick up your packets in the Arena please take out the 2010 Fundraising Calendar.

This is some information YOU will need to remember and put on your 2010 Fundraising Calendar in case you need to reference it. The numbers are referencing the numbers on the form.

General Guidelines

·         Contact person Dia Lawrence   -  dialawrence@comcast.net

·         It states to have your customers pay at the time of delivery this is inaccurate your customers must pay at time of order or plan on paying the full amount when your orders are placed.

·         You will earn $.50 per EZ Hanger and Lights sold.

·         The holiday gift forms are for products a customer would like to purchase and have delivered to a family or friends home. Prices are a little higher than normal orders.

·         Delivery is set for November 14^th,   PLEASE be sure you are able to pick up your items the day they are delivered. When you drop off your order I will give you my home address to where the items will be delivered. I do not have the space to hold onto everyone’s products so it is very important you pick everything up ASAP.

·         Checks will be made out to CRYHA.

 Important dates

·         Final orders are due Oct. 4 from 6:30 - 8:30 and Oct. 5 from 5 - 6:30 @ CRIC

·         Product pick up November 14  

Please make sure your oldest child playing is on the form with a contact phone number with the level he/she is playing. I will give credit for one player per family.
