Congratulations to our Peewee A team for their Championship WIN in Mason City! The boys went undefeated and then went on to win their championship game 7-6 in OT!
Shout-out to our 15U A Girls team who took the Championship WIN at the All American Girls tournament! Each year we have to be open to collaborating with other associations in order to form teams that provide opportunities for each player to play at a level most appropriate for their personal development. This year our 15U A team is a modified co-op with Champlin Park and Blaine. Regardless of the jersey, we are PROUD of all our girls and will continue to cheer them on and celebrate with them in their success!

This month the MN Blue Ox will host the 1st Annual Operation Healing Heroes Fighting for Freedom Outdoor Classic Charity Hockey Game! Come watch our US Military HEROES (Veterans) and NHL LEGENDS – Join the Minnesota Blue Ox Hockey Team in a Charity game to help FIGHT Post Traumatic Stress (PTS)! 3 PERIODS OF FUN OUTDOOR HOCKEY. The evening will HONOR our US Military Veterans – and raise money for the TREATMENT of Post Traumatic Stress in our HEROES.
THE EVENT WILL INCLUDE:
• Retired NHL “Greats” including: Mikko Koivu, Neal Broten, Matt Cooke, Andy Sutton AND MORE!
• US Military Veteran “Greats” from the Minnesota Warriors Veteran Hockey Team & 4Oxen Tactical Group
• An opportunity for YOU to “Skate with the Greats” (public skate – with the purchase of a VIP Ticket)
• Silent auction for the players game worn – autographed jerseys
• Medal of Honor recipient – Allen J. Lynch – medal presentation to our players

Wreath Pick-Up
All wreath orders must be picked up this Friday, November 18th between 4-6pm near the outdoor rink at CRIC. Please make arrangements to pick up your orders as we do not have the capacity to store items not picked up.
Goalie Only Training
Just a reminder, our first Goalies only training is tomorrow - Wednesday, November 16th from 6:50-7:50 pm at Super Rink #1. This is open to ALL goalies in CRYHA, including Mites. If this training conflicts with a team practice, goalies should attend this session instead of team practice. If this session conflicts with a game/scrimmage the goalie should attend the game/scrimmage.
Open Board Position
We still have an opening on our CRYHA Board for the Girls Traveling Director position. Anyone interested in this position should reach out to DaveSchmidt@cryha.com or JessicaAbles@cryha.com as soon as possible and plan to attend the board meeting on Sunday, November 27th at 7pm at the Coon Rapids Ice Center. Reach out to Dave Schmidt or Jessica Ables with any questions.
Seeking Volunteers for the Sponsorship Committee!
CRYHA is seeking volunteers to form a sponsorship committee. The committee would be responsible for helping to secure more sponsors for our association. Volunteering on this committee would fulfill all of your volunteer hours (dibs) for the 2022-23 season. Charitable Gambling
Gambling is hiring! We are looking for a Bingo Caller/Meat Raffle person who would work every other Saturday from 1 to about 4pm. This is a paid position which also has tips. Please email sueerickson@cryha.com if you are interested in applying no later than November 23rd.
