Youth Travel Teams |

All Squirt, Peewee, and Bantam teams have been finalized and posted to the website. Team schedules and rosters will be loaded into SportsEngine over the next couple of days. Bantam A will begin practice on Tuesday, October 3rd. All other Youth Travel teams will begin on Wednesday, October 4th.
FHIT will start on Monday, October 9th. All youth travel teams will participate in FHIT weekly on Mondays at the Super Rink. Players should have their helmet, gloves, and stick for the dryland portion, and all gear for the on ice session. |
CPCR Teams |

10U and 12U teams will begin practicing on October 11th. All team pages should be loaded and ready to go by this evening. |
Locker Room Policy |
|
It is very important that anyone entering a locker room is Safesport certified and has a current Background Screening on file. This policy will be strictly enforced by District 10 so it is very important that everyone adheres to this. If you have questions about your Safesport or Background screening status, please email mandidegrote@cryha.com
Team managers will be assigning families to help with locker room monitoring throughout the season for practices and games. Background checks can take some time to be approved so the sooner you start this process the better! Please remind your players they are not allowed to be in the locker rooms at anytime without a locker room monitor present, unless they are the only person in the locker room. This applies to all practices and games.
***Please note, due to a potential government shutdown, background checks could become significantly delayed. The legislature did reach an agreement for the next 45 days but if the government does shut down then all background screenings will be on hold. If you plan to coach, manage, or monitor locker rooms, please make sure to get your background screenings done ASAP as we are already in the busy season for background screenings. It is currently taking at least a couple of weeks to get them back. |
Tryout Jerseys |

Team managers will collect tryout jerseys. Please make sure to return them to your team manager ASAP. We would greatly appreciate it if people could WASH these first!! Thank you in advance for your help with that :) |

Round 1 closes today! All orders placed by TODAY will be ready by October 24th. Round 2 of ordering will be open October 15th-30th. Those orders will be ready by November 22nd.

Mites start skating on October 3rd - Get registered ASAP if you haven’t yet! Group assignments have been emailed out to those who have registered and times are listed on the mite page. |

Scholarship Funds |

Scholarship funds are available to assist families with the cost of registration. Families who qualify for Educational Benefits with their school district (formerly known as free/reduced lunch) may submit a scholarship application along with a copy of their educational benefits documentation. Anoka-Hennepin Application for Educational Benefits Families may also access scholarship funds due to other extenuating circumstances. Please review the full Financial Assistance Policy and application for details. A PDF is attached below. The deadline to apply for scholarship funds is TODAY for Traveling and November 5, 2023 for Mites/8U. However, we understand that extenuating circumstances may come up at any time and families may always reach out to a member of the Executive Board to inquire about available scholarship funds.
