Food Perspectives Fundraising

Update - If you are interested in doing this, DO NOT apply online.  You must submit your application to the mailbox at Cook Arena until we get enough people registered under the CRYHA name.  After we get enough set up, online applications will be allowed.

Do you like food and want to get paid to eat it? Try taste testing for Food Perspectives. Food Perspectives is a program that allows people to make money for themselves and an organization of their choice. You can earn up to $21-$35 each time you participate and $9 will also be donated to CRYHA. We need 30 applications (age 18-65) to get started. If you currently are a Food Perspectives panelist, please state that on the application by saying you would like to transfer your organization to CRYHA. Your application would be accepted as part of the initial 30 to get started. If interested - Please complete this application and put in the mailbox at the rink. Any questions, Please call Bill Kiecker @ 780-0785 or Darcy Hanson @ 783-0703.
