Fundraising Details

Sell for $10-12 each, depending on flavor, and earn $4 per item sold!

  • All checks are to be written to you, you will pay CRYHA via cash or check. (See fundraising policy below)
  • Please turn in Final Payment Sheet (link below) with your order. The Final Payment Sheet will explain the amount you owe to CRYHA. If you download and enter quantities in Xcel, the forms will auto-fill totals; or you can print them blank and fill them in manually.

Due to COVID, Heggies is running at a lessened capacity, flavors are limited this year.

Order forms can be printed from the attachment below.

Order turn-in dates/times are:

  • Monday, February 1 from 6:00-7:30pm at the CRIC Skybox
  • Thursday, February 4 from 7:00-8:30pm at the CRIC Skybox

 

Order deadline is Thursday, February 4 – No late orders will be accepted!

 

Delivery on Wednesday, February 24 from 5:00pm–6:30pm at CRIC

  • In order to follow COVID Guidelines, pick-up will be OUTSIDE, more info to follow.
  • Note shorter pick-up window due to frozen product.

2020-21 Fundraiser Procedure Information

CRYHA has changed the way we operate our fundraisers moving forward, please read this document completely. The changes are being made to ensure that we are in compliance with federal tax laws in keeping with our 501(c)(3) status as a tax exempt organization. If you have any questions please contact:

The new fundraising method is as follows:

  1. CRYHA will offer products for sale at a base price. The sale price will be set by CRYHA and will include the base cost and the profit to the seller, as well as a small profit for CRYHA.
  2. Each person that purchases products from the seller will pay the seller directly via cash or a check made out to the seller (NOT to CRYHA).
  3. At the conclusion of the fundraiser, the seller will return order sheets/envelopes to CRYHA at specified order turn in events. The seller will pay CRYHA the base cost for each item ordered via cash or check payable to CRYHA. The seller will keep their earned profit to offset their payments.
    • Any “profit” earned belongs to the seller and is not the responsibility of CRYHA.
    • Seller is responsible to report any earnings, if applicable, on their yearly taxes.
  4. Order pick-up has not been changed and is planned to remain similar to years past.
